Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Analyse current‑state (as‑is) processes, systems and data flows
- Define future‑state (to‑be) processes, capabilities and operating models
- Develop fit‑for‑purpose artefacts including requirements documentation, process maps, business cases and user stories (where applicable)
