Business Analyst : Personal Banking Client Management and Servicing SVS
- Strong KYC(CDD/EDD) onboarding knowledge (CDD/EDD, PEP/sanctions, beneficial ownership, risk rating, refresh triggers).
- BA with 7-12 Years of Experience in client servicing
- Proven BA delivery skills (workshops, user stories/BRD, clear acceptance criteria, stakeholder management across Compliance/Ops/Tech).
- Data & controls mindset (source-to-target mapping, data quality rules, audit trail/evidencing, MI/KPIs).
- Workflow/case management experience (exception handling, SLAs, integrations with screening/document capture tools).
