We are seeking a strong, Product Manager to join the team and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives for a contract to hire engagement. Someone who deeply cares about user experience, values early validation, and thrives in environments with strong stakeholder interaction. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap execution, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, market trends, while maintaining a balance UX thinking, business understanding, and delivery collaboration to drive meaningful product outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on internal, enterprise platforms, stakeholders, and end-users with a go getter personality and eager to learn. Due to the nature of the work and overlap with internal business teams, this role will be a hybrid work model local to the South Jersey area.
