Role Summary
NearSource is looking for a Business Analyst – Project & Change Management to support enterprise initiatives focused on business transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver core business analysis services, project coordination, and change management activities for large‑scale programs. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate workshops, develop critical project documentation, and support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
