Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst – Project Lead (9755)

Location: Cayce, SC 29033

Work Mode: Fully Onsite (40 hours/week)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Key Responsibilities

System Analysis & Support

  • Analyze and document HR business processes and system workflows.

  • Evaluate and improve business/system processes using industry methodologies.

  • Support and optimize SAP ECC/SCEIS modules.

  • Perform gap analysis (current vs. future state).

  • Assist with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities.

  • Maintain system protocols and update procedures.
