Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.Coordinate with QA for UAT planning and validation.Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum).Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.Monitor team performance and drive accountability....
