• Bachelor’s degree in business or financial related field with 3+ years of experience or minimum of 5 years work experience as business analyst.
• Must be proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Airbase and GAAPIFY Platforms.
