Key Responsibilities Lead analysis and optimisation of customer onboarding workflows across banking channels. Perform detailed process mapping , gap analysis, and requirements gathering for end-to-end onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including POPIA , KYC , BR-05 , BR-08 , and process optimisation standards BO-1 and BO-3 . Collaborate with cross-functional teams - operations, risk, compliance, product, and technology to deliver accurate business requirements. Support Agile delivery teams by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
