Business Analyst Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Tata Consultancy Services
We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to learn and transform their career within a leading IT services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining technical user stories, developing web applications, and designing integration services and APIs.
- Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. Content Builder, Journey Builder, etc.) upon request.
- Set up and configure data models.
- Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and technical requirements.
- Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated processes.
- Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email customer journey.
