About The Position
  • We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support HR Technology portfolio governance, Jira data integrity, and operational execution across initiatives and enhancement workstreams. This role will function as both the Jira Governance and Portfolio Hygiene lead and the HR category lead supporting company’s Software Optimization program.
  • This person will partner closely with Portfolio and Delivery leadership, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and software governance stakeholders to maintain clean reporting, reduce operational risk, and improve visibility across HR Technology initiatives.
