The SAP S/4 FICO Business Analyst partners with Finance stakeholders to deliver user-focused SAP solutions that drive business value.
As a subject matter expert, the role translates business needs into functional requirements, manages the FICO backlog, and works closely with agile teams to deliver improvements. Acting as a key liaison between business and IT, the analyst ensures clear communication, supports solution design, and continuously enhances processes within a public sector environment.
