Business Analyst/ Scrum Master
We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master with 1–3 years of experience leading workstreams and cross‑functional teams to support enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to agile delivery, facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, and support the successful execution of key initiatives.

- Experience leading workstreams and cross‑functional teams
- Support of transformation programs
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) for stakeholder communication with Zurich North America
- GW Policy Center Certification (BA / Functional) – strongly preferred
- P&C / Commercial Insurance experience – strongly preferred
