About the Role
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse, design, and deliver scalable solutions within an agile/DevOps environment. This role requires a strong systems thinker who can navigate complex integrations, data flows, and backend processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex systems, integrations, and data flows to identify issues and opportunities
- Translate business and user requirements into clear functional and non‑functional user stories
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment
- Apply appropriate analysis techniques (process modelling, data modelling, sequence diagrams, impact analysis)
- Collaborate with developers, architects, UX designers, and testers to shape feasible solutions
