You will lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle — from business discovery and stakeholder alignment to supporting solution definition and post-release validation — ensuring delivery teams are enabled with high-quality, testable, and traceable requirements. You will play a critical role in shaping digital journeys for key consumer platforms such as the StarHub App and eShop, with a focus on self-service, digital onboarding, usage insights, billing, support, and renewals.
