- Responsible for collecting functional requirements from business users, analyzing, and translating them into technical functionalities for the development team to do developments.
- Ensure enhancement are creating a business value
- Conduct necessary testing for developed system functionalities as per the functional requirements and ensure everything is in order before releasing them to end users for user acceptance testing
- Support user acceptance testing
- Liaise with the stakeholders to identify their enhancement requirements
- Manage stakeholders / risks and control timeline for each projects
- Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
