Job Description
- Engage with users and stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for business processes or systems
- Assess requests, identify dependencies, and consider impacts on existing processes and the ServiceNow platforms
- Collaborate with other analysts to validate needs and feasibility
The local ServiceNow Business Analyst is the primary contact for all requests and issues related to the ServiceNow platform for the Singapore region. He/she acts as the interface between end users, local business teams, and central Service Now technical teams, ensuring alignment of local needs with the global platform strategy.
