Job Description
· Elicit citizen/business needs through service journeys and develop business cases via rapid prototyping.
· Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, building prototypes to validate requirements and measure value.
· Evaluate and recommend technologies (including AI tools), aligning with compnay's technology directions and central solutions, through hands-on experimentation.
· Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for various environments.
· Ensure system readiness for deployment and analyse the impact of changes.
