Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst (Process Optimization) is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing finance operational processes, procedures, and controls across shipboard functions. This role identifies inefficiencies, leads change management initiatives and adoption of new ways of working, ensures governance and compliance, and drives process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
