Job Description
The Business Analyst will work as a member of Stifel's Analyst team within the Executive organization. The Business Analyst will work at the intersection of business and technology to engage with senior leadership, business units, and product management to identify, document, and articulate business needs for strategic initiatives. This position is expected to work well with others towards a common desired outcome.
What We're Looking For
• Collaborate with project sponsors to create business case, determine project scope and vision, and define requirements and functionality
• Conduct interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Work with UX team to create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide information and direction for architecture and development teams
