Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business and reporting requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional documentation
  • Document procedures and workflows for clarity and efficiency
  • Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
  • Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
  • Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements
  • Continuously improve analysis tools and processes

Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 58 years of business analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
  • Fluent in business English (additional languages are a plus)
