About the Team: The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics and vendor performance to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and produce structured reports systematically with actionable insights that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.
- Translate findings into targeted process and vendor management optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes and support data-driven leadership decisions; drive necessary initiatives/projects to achieve said outcomes.
