About the Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to play a key part in future bank initiatives — supporting the strategic goals of the bank's Future Bank Programme.
The Future Bank Programme is transforming how the Co-operative Bank operates, and these initiatives are focused on delivering a more efficient and scalable service model. This means finding smarter ways to deliver service to our customers — automating manual processes, enabling self‑service where it makes sense, and freeing up our people for higher‑value customer interactions. The digital channels our customers and staff rely on every day are central to this, and this role will support sustaining platform performance and increasing operational efficiency.
