About the job Business Analyst (West, Permanent)
- Facilitate discussions with internal teams, customers, partners, and vendors to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for projects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and interface specifications.
- Identify potential design or solution challenges early in the project lifecycle and highlight possible business or operational impacts.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, QA, and deployment teams throughout the solution development lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions meet customer expectations by supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and requirement traceability.
