Business Architect / Business Analyst, Technology Solutions (Cards)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect / Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the Group’s major re-platform implementation for our Cards Management System across the regions. The Business Architect / Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technology teams, to define and shape the strategic vision for our cards management processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the card lifecycle in the respective regions, including card issuing, merchant acquiring, and card payment industrial requirements.
- Design and document end-to-end card lifecycle business process models, system and business architecture diagrams, product lifecycle, interfaces, data flows, and integration points with other systems. <...
