Deliver end-to-end Business Architecture Blueprint
Key Performance Areas
- Design business architecture models that accurately reflect the reality whilst adhering to the business architecture meta-model and standards.
- Guide usage of business architecture modelling techniques.
- Develop and maintain business architecture standards and guidelines.
- Integrate business architecture with other domain architectures.
Deliver end-to-end Business Architecture Blueprint
- Collaborate on technical reviews of applications to assess the quality of their solutions.
- Develop different process streams and business domain mappings.
- Establish business architecture capability (CoE).
- Assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and business architectural artifact and articulate their collective relevance to the organisation.
