Position: Business Automation Specialist
Number of hours: 20 hrs per week

Key Responsibilities.
Support Australian small business operations through administrative and automation solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize business processes and workflows.
Manage and troubleshoot basic IT and system-related issues.
Assist in implementing automation tools and streamlining daily operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve technical concerns.
Maintain organized systems, documentation, and operational processes.
Provide executive and operational support when needed.
Monitor workflows and recommend efficiency improvements for business operations.
