Job Description
Provide robust training before being assigned to an Account Manager or Analyst role in the district. Training includes in-branch learning under a mentor, online training, and classroom sessions. Upon completion, the manager will identify a challenging position in a Commercial Banking Center.
Training details:
- Eight to ten months of hands‑on training in a Commercial Banking Center
- Three classroom training sessions at different times during the program
- Self‑service learning plan (online training, webinars, tools and resources)
- Online training commercial loan line (Moody's program)
