Skills/Qualification Requirements:- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leadership role in manufacturing
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Shop environment: interfacing with shop floor and management employees
- Experienced in Management Team mediation and communications
- Coach and Mentor Leadership experience & skills
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking to manage a variety of projects
