Job Description
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
- Prepare reports for management on compliance status and issues.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a holistic compliance approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Public Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, regulatory requirements in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
