Key Duties and Responsibilities

Primary:

  • 5+ years of experience. Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, validate and refine business and functional requirements
  • Foster strong relationship with client stakeholders by understanding their pain points and business needs
  • Drive clarity in complex problem spaces and navigate ambiguity to guide stakeholders towards actionable problem statements
  • Actively manage customer engagement and expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on scope, priorities and deliverables
