Programme education and awareness
- Handle enquiries on EWTP programme including manning the public enquiry channels
- Educate and build awareness of EWTP programme amongst companies during events and seminars
Business Diagnostics & solutioning
- Engage companies one-on-one on enterprise and workforce issues
- Provide business diagnostics to enterprises using in-house methodology.
- Conduct diagnosis of human capital issues through the Human Capital Diagnostics Tool (HCDT)
- Provide enterprise and workforce advisory on government programmes, grants and funded training based on diagnosed issues and needs.
- Refer companies to panel consultants for workforce transformation projects
