About the Role
As our BCM & Operational Resilience Manager, you will lead how we prepare for disruptions, respond to incidents, and recover quickly—ensuring full compliance with BSP regulations and global standards.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the BCM programme in line with BSP Circular 951 and ISO 22301
- Drive operational resilience initiatives aligned with BSP Circular 1203
- Build and continuously improve BCM frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Oversee Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response
- Lead and develop the BCM team
- Run training, simulations, and annual continuity exercises
- Ensure BCPs, risk assessments, and BIAs are updated and regularly tested
- Partner with Technology, Facilities, and key stakeholders on resilience efforts
