Overview
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Business Development Administrator to keep our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll be the main connector between inbound and outbound activity, managing our CRM, nurturing leads, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Managing Director with outreach efforts, especially on LinkedIn and via Direct Cold Calls. This is a full-time role (Mon-Fri) based in the office in Kettering with an expectation of 3 days in the office. Part-time considered at a pro-rata rate.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Ownership : Maintain and update our Pipedrive CRM, making sure every lead, contact and deal is tracked and followed up.
- Apollo Data Management : Using Apollo.io for data-mining to identify target contacts for sales activity.
