Job Description
The Business Development and Alliance Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving Menarini’s growth through the identification, assessment, and implementation of new business opportunities. This position acts as the architect of the New Products Planning process and the primary custodian of Alliance Management , ensuring that both internal stakeholders and external partners are aligned to achieve shared corporate goals.

- Conduct extensive field and desk research to uncover and validate new business opportunities.
- Develop commercial analysis tools and business modeling techniques aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
