Position: Business Development Associate – CDMO Biologics
Location: Madrid, Hybrid
Experience: 3+
Role Purpose
Support the growth of mAbxience's CDMO Biologics business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, supporting client interactions, coordinating proposals, and assisting with BD activities. This is an early‑career commercial role with strong development potential in biotech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Maintain accurate records of potential clients.
- Support lead generation and qualification for CDMO biologics opportunities (early‑stage innovators, small‑mid biotechs, academic spin‑offs).
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and generate leads (e.g., CPHI, LSX, etc.).
