Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is confident in lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, and business presentations. This role requires often involve high-volume outbound prospecting, relationship-building abilities, closing deals, proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking activities
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales or leadership team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver company presentations, capability decks, and service introductions
