About the role

Sales is the core of Excent and we’re looking for a young, energetic, and highly communicative professional to support our commercial team and help accelerate our operation.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and develop qualified leads across different regions and markets, with a direct focus on conversion and commercial partnerships
  • Handle high-volume outbound activity across multiple channels.
  • Own your pipeline: keep the CRM disciplined, organised, and always up to date
  • Work closely with senior sales and customer service on closings and follow-ups

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing or commercial roles
  • Strong communication skills — clear, direct, and persuasive (Portuguese and English required)
  • Spanish is a plus
