Own capture from cradle to grave: Identify, qualify, shape, and lead opportunities through award Develop and execute account strategies and customer engagement plans across DoD/IC cybersecurity markets Build and maintain direct relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders Lead opportunity shaping, including: win themes competitive positioning teaming strategy pricing strategy (in coordination with our Pricing Manager) Drive proposal development hands-on, including: writing sections developing technical approaches supporting BOEs Work closely with internal stakeholders but do not rely on large support teams—this role requires direct execution Lead gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture reviews Close deals—own the outcome from pipeline to award Qualifications:
