Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Consistently meeting (month-on-month) the Sales Target from the assigned territory 2. Connecting (daily through phone calls/emails/zoom meetings) with the existing clients, dormant clients and new prospects to fix business appointments and to offer support needed by the clients/prospects 3. Attending Business Meetings and presenting our Talent Assessment Solutions (In person and/or Virtual, based on the client s preference) to Corporate Clients and Prospects (Minimum 10 a week) 4. Submitting Business Proposals to the clients/prospects (10 per month) 5. Developing new clients Converting prospects into clients/customers by following the entire sales process 6. Upselling/Cross-selling Understanding the client s business and analyzing and evaluating their business problems to pitch/offer relevant solutions. 7. Following up on the proposals submitted.
