This is NOT a basic admin or assistant role . You will be expected to think, take ownership, identify issues, and push tasks to completion without being told every step .
Role Overview
You will work directly with leadership to monitor workflows, manage vendor relationships, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance across the business . Your role is to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that problems are identified, addressed, and resolved quickly.
