Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy hunter + account growth operator to drive revenue and customer success across our HRMS platform and workforce analytics product .
This is a full-cycle, high-impact SaaS role where you will own everything from new business acquisition → deal closure → account expansion → customer success , while also shaping product direction through real client insights.
This position will be based in our Malaysia office located in Mid Valley, KL.
What you’ll do
- Drive new business across SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure)
- Build and grow a strong SaaS pipeline across HRMS + analytics solutions
- Onboard and manage clients to ensure strong adoption and value delivery
- Act as trusted advisor to HR leaders and business stakeholders
