Job Description
The Business Development Director is responsible for leading and executing the company's site acquisition and expansion strategy across all food service brands nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Acquisition & Expansion Strategy
- Develop and implement a nationwide site acquisition strategy aligned with the company's brand growth targets across all food service concepts.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential locations based on market analysis, foot traffic data, competitive landscape, and brand fit.
- Maintain an active and healthy pipeline of prospective sites across NCR and provincial areas.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and site assessments to support investment decisions.
2. Leasing & Contract Management
- Lead lease negotiations with property owners, mall developers, and landlords to secure favorable terms, rates, and conditions.
