Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite client interactions. Act as the first touchpoint for onboarding new clients, ensuring a professional and engaging introduction to the company. Maintain and regularly update client profiles within the company's CRM system. Develop and build rapport with prospective clients to foster long-term business relationships. Monitor market trends and client behavior, and work in partnership with the Head of Department, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop new sales initiatives. Actively generate new business leads and manage direct sales efforts ('Hunter' role). Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to track progress and performance.
