Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite client interactions.
- Act as the first touchpoint for onboarding new clients, ensuring a professional and engaging introduction to the company.
- Maintain and regularly update client profiles within the company's CRM system.
- Develop and build rapport with prospective clients to foster long-term business relationships.
- Monitor market trends and client behavior, and work in partnership with the Head of Department, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop new sales initiatives.
- Actively generate new business leads and manage direct sales efforts (Hunter role).
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to track progress and performance.
