Business Development Executive, Building Services, £46,000 basic plus benefits, London-based. This is a rare opportunity with a prestigious not-for-profit trade body serving the construction and wider built environment sectors, including civil engineering and M&E. Based in Central London, the role combines account management of more than 30 major, long-standing corporate clients with new business development for similar large construction organisations. This is a hands-on, relationship-led sales role rather than a corporate strategy or pure new business position. This position offers a distinctive commercial proposition that sets it apart from traditional transactional sales roles.
