Construction - Main Con (A1) Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) Basic $4000 to $5500 + Bonuses Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: North-East (Company Transport Provided) Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6pm) Singapore Building Control Act Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Framework BIM (Building Information Modelling) Job Responsibilities: To drive the adoption of our DfMA capabilities (e.g., Prefab MEP, PPVC, or Modular Facades) by educating developers, consultants, and main contractors on the value of off-site construction. The primary goal is to secure high-value projects by demonstrating how our DfMA solutions meet BCA Productivity Requirements and reduce on-site manpower. Business Development Proactively identify and engage key stakeholders (Developers, Architects, and MainContractors) for upcoming Government Land Sales (GLS) projects where DfMA is mandated.
