Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's air conditioning products, HVAC systems, ducting solutions, and related services to consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, project managers, developers, and distributors.
- Generate leads through project tracking, networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams to provide suitable HVAC solutions and quotations.
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects and secure product specifications.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
