Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the modern trade segment.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within modern trade channels including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the modern trade sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with modern trade partners.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
