Business Development Executive (Recruitment)
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500 (subjected to work experience) + attractive commissions
Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up new business opportunities in various sectors.
- Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research on potential clients and market trends.
- Support recruitment and work pass processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance.
- Coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director, such as preparing meeting notes and managing follow-ups.
