About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑oriented Business Development Executive to support and grow our overseas key accounts (KA) while managing inbound enquiries from new international customers. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing overseas key account (KA) customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries from new overseas customers and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate quotations, product information, pricing, samples, and order arrangements with internal teams.
- Support customers throughout the sales process, including pre‑sales and after‑sales communication.
